I went up to Lake Tahoe to see if the trailheads were still snowed in. I drove up by Bayview and Eagle Falls and they were still completely snowed in. I took a few shots at Eagle Falls, but didn’t get anything worthwhile.
The previous night, someone mentioned Glen Alpine Falls was really flowing. I drove up that way and got almost all the way, but the last bit of road was closed because it was stilled covered in snow. I didn’t recall how far a hike it would be. I debated it for a short while and decided to go. It turned out to be just 10 minutes.
I was rewarded with a raging falls. The first shot below shows most of the falls and the others focus into parts of it.
